Adam is a Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a special interest in athletics, golf performance, and chronic pain management. His clinical work spans sports injury rehabilitation, movement and functional assessment, and exercise prescription, with particular expertise in managing MSK conditions in patients with diabetes and metabolic health considerations. He is driven by a simple philosophy: that the best outcomes come from equipping clients with the knowledge and strategies to manage their own conditions, not just treating them in the clinic.

A former state-level hurdler, Adam brings a genuine understanding of athletic training and the demands of competition to his rehabilitation work, with a particular focus on sprint-based and performance rehabilitation. He takes a collaborative, education-first approach, helping clients understand what is driving their symptoms and giving them practical tools to stay active and in control. He consults in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
