Healthy Living Foundations is a unique program that focuses on helping you develop positive habits that will lead to a healthier, happier lifestyle. Developed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 10 years of experience in the field, our program offers five different pathways to choose from, so you can customise your experience to fit your needs and goals.

At PDC Health Hub, we believe that small changes can lead to big results.

Our program is not a weight loss challenge, but rather an opportunity to learn and grow. By participating in Healthy Living Foundations, you'll learn how to:

  1. Create healthy eating habits that work for you! Our dietitian will help you develop a personalised eating plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you feel your best. We'll show you how to make healthy food choices, how to cook nutritious meals (we even incorporate cooking classes!), and how to enjoy your favourite foods in moderation.
  2. Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. We'll help you find fun and engaging ways to get moving, whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. Our program includes workout plans that are tailored to your fitness level and goals, so you can get in shape at your own pace.
  3. Build a supportive community. You'll have access to a community of like-minded individuals who are also working to improve their health and well-being. Our program includes weekly check-ins with the dietitian, group discussions and education, home visits/supermarket tours and a supportive online forum where you can connect with others and share your journey.
  4. Develop long-term habits. We believe that lasting change comes from developing healthy habits that you can maintain over the long term. Our program is designed to help you build habits that will become a natural part of your daily routine, so you can continue to feel great even after the program is over.
