Jeff is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of PDC Health Hub, as well as a Credentialled Diabetes Educator Pharmacist. He is a Certified Insulin Pump Trainer for all available insulin pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) in Australia.

Throughout his career, Jeff has managed both a busy retail pharmacy in Midland and a service-based pharmacy in Joondanna. Together with his business partner, Teresa, he developed the PDC Health Hub model in collaboration with Friendlies East Victoria Park (now Pharmacy 777 East Victoria Park). At PDC Health Hub, he oversees Financial Operations while practicing full-time as a Pharmacist Credentialled Diabetes Educator.

Jeff is deeply passionate about diabetes care and is dedicated to supporting individuals living with all types of diabetes. Committed to sharing the knowledge he has acquired, he has provided education on diabetes devices to aspiring pharmacy interns, informed rural pharmacists about diabetes services available in a pharmacy setting, and updated pharmacists re-entering the workforce on current trends in diabetes care.

His extensive experience in pharmacy has afforded him opportunities to seek out innovative diabetes-related products and to ensure these products and services meet the expectations of people living with diabetes. He is committed to helping his patients live with diabetes with minimal stress, achieving optimal outcomes through the utilisation of technology and education.

In his role at PDC Health Hub, Jeff enjoys collaborating with various departments to provide gold-standard diabetes care. He finds fulfillment in witnessing individuals make significant strides toward their health goals through the education and services provided by PDC. Additionally, he focuses on refining his financial management skills to ensure the continued viability and success of the services offered, thereby supporting those living with diabetes.
