These terms apply to your use of pdchealthhub.com.au, our online shop and our member portal. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The health information on this website is general in nature. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for an appointment with a clinician who knows your history. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. In an emergency call 000.
We take care to keep clinical content current and referenced, but guidelines, product information and funding rules change. Content is correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown, and we do not warrant that it remains current.
Booking through this site or our booking provider creates a request for an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us. Cancellation and non-attendance fees are set out in our practice policy and are provided to you when you book.
Orders placed through our shop are supplied by PDC Health Hub and, where the item is a pharmacy line or requires a prescription, by Bedford Pharmacy 777. Prescription items are supplied only against a valid prescription and are subject to the relevant Commonwealth and Western Australian medicines legislation.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before charging you if an order is affected.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded continue to apply. Some therapeutic goods cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons, and our returns policy explains which.
You are responsible for keeping your portal password and any second factor secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. Do not use the portal to send an urgent clinical message. It is not monitored outside business hours.
The content, design, wordmarks and logos on this site belong to PDC Health Hub or to our partners and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may print or download material for your own personal or clinical reference. Any other use needs our written permission. Third party logos shown on this site are used with permission of their owners and remain their property.
Where we link to another organisation, we do so because we think the information is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
