People come to PDC Health Hub with vision loss, hearing loss, neuropathy, limited dexterity, fatigue, cognitive change and low health literacy. Quite often all of that is a consequence of the condition we are helping them manage. An accessible website is not a nice extra for us, it is part of the service.
We are working to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard referenced by the Australian Government Digital Service Standard and the one the Australian Human Rights Commission points to in its guidance on the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
We are being straight about this rather than claiming full conformance.
If anything here does not work for you, we will provide it another way at no cost. That includes large print, plain English, a phone call, an interpreter, or a longer appointment. Interpreting is available through the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450, and the National Relay Service is available on 133 677.
If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us. It helps us fix it for the next person.
Email admin@pdchealthhub.com.au or call (08) 6110 0570. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and tell you what we are going to do about it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
Accessibility information for each clinic, including parking, step free access and accessible bathrooms, is on the individual location pages. If the detail you need is not there, call us and we will check before your appointment.
