BlueLoop+ builds on the BlueLoop plan and adds your prescription medicines, managed and dispensed on schedule, a pharmacist medicines check, and delivery to your door at $15 each time it is sent.
NDSS supplies and accessories, the full PDC resource library and PDC Collective membership.
We keep track of your repeats and have them dispensed on schedule by Pharmacy 777 Bedford, so you do not run out. The medicines themselves are charged at the PBS, DVA or concession price you are entitled to, on top of your membership and delivery.
A pharmacist who is also a Credentialled Diabetes Educator reviews what you are taking and how it fits with your devices.

The $10 membership each month, the price of whatever is in your box including your prescription medicines at the PBS, DVA or concession price you are entitled to, and $15 delivery each time your box is sent. The membership is the service. The medicines and supplies are not included in it.
Joining online takes a couple of minutes and covers your membership only. If you like, start your box further down this page before you join. It waits in the BlueLoop portal for you to confirm once your membership is active and your details are in.
Enter your email in the join panel and pay your first month. Use the address you want as your portal login. Your membership is active as soon as checkout is complete.
Open Sign in, enter the same email address and choose Set or reset my password. We email you a link to create one, then the portal helps you set up an authenticator app.
In the portal, tell us your mobile number, your diabetes type, the devices you use and your NDSS and concession details, and confirm what we may share with Pharmacy 777 Bedford. On BlueLoop+ and Platinum you also send us your prescriptions here.
Confirm the box you started here, or build one in the portal: test strips, pen needles, sensors, patches and more, every 8 or 4 weeks. Your first box leaves at least 10 days after that, and changes close a week before each delivery. Nothing is packed until your details are complete and a Credentialled Diabetes Educator has checked your box.

Before your first box is packed, a Credentialled Diabetes Educator reviews what you have ordered against your NDSS registration and the devices you use, and calls you if anything looks wrong. Nothing is dispensed until that check is done.
BlueLoop is run by Perth Diabetes Care Pty Ltd (ABN 46 169 459 796), trading as PDC Health Hub. Your box is dispensed by Pharmacy 777 Bedford, which is a separate business. Some of the directors of Perth Diabetes Care are also directors of Pharmacy 777 Bedford.
For us to provide your membership, we share some of your information with Pharmacy 777 Bedford: your name, date of birth and contact details, your delivery address, the products in your subscription and your prescription details where a prescription is needed, your concession or DVA card details where these change what you pay, and the diabetes information the pharmacist needs to dispense and check your order safely.
They use it to dispense your order, check it is right for you, pack it and send it. They do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Your health information stays in Australia. Your name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you ordered are also handled by Shopify and Recharge, who run our shop and subscriptions and store information in the United States. We do not send them your diabetes information, your NDSS number, your GP details, or anything shared with you through the portal.
If you start a box on a join page, we keep the list of products, quantities, how often you want them and the pump and sensor you picked, with the email you enter, so it is waiting in your portal and your details are filled in for you to check. It is stored in Australia, used only for that, and deleted after 30 days.
This sharing is how BlueLoop works, so it is not optional. You confirm it in your portal profile before your first delivery is packed.
You can cancel at any time. Your membership stays active until the day before your next payment is due, you still receive the delivery you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. If you would rather we stopped using your information straight away, tell us and we will, but that last delivery cannot be sent and we will refund it. Either way, your care with PDC Health Hub is unaffected.
