When you send a prescription here we collect your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, your eScript tokens or photos of them, and your delivery address if you have asked for delivery. We collect it for one purpose, which is to have your prescriptions dispensed. Without it the pharmacy cannot dispense your medicine.
We pass these details to Pharmacy 777 Bedford so that a pharmacist can dispense your medicine. The pharmacy keeps its own dispensing record, as the law requires it to. We do not send your details anywhere else and we do not use them for marketing. They are held on servers located in Australia.
Each token, and any photo you send with it, is deleted as soon as that medicine has been dispensed, and in every case within fourteen days of you sending it, whether it was dispensed or not. If you send several prescriptions at once, each one is handled and deleted on its own. What stays with us after that is a record that a request was made and what was done about it. The prescriptions themselves do not stay with us.
