We are building something meaningful in diabetes and allied health care. If you are a clinician who values quality, collaboration and real impact for the people you see, we would love to hear from you.
Why PDC
PDC Health Hub is a multidisciplinary allied health practice with NADC Secondary Centre accreditation, working across ten WA clinics plus telehealth.
Diabetes educators, dietitians, exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, pharmacists and our sleep clinic team work side by side, so the people we see get one plan rather than several separate ones. You will share clients with colleagues from other disciplines every week, inside a clinical governance framework built for safe, consistent care.
What sets a role at PDC Health Hub apart from working on your own.

We confirm your registration or credential and any checks the role needs, then welcome you to the team.
What you need before you start, where our roles are based, and what to do if your discipline is not listed.
It depends on your discipline. Physiotherapists, podiatrists and pharmacists must be registered with AHPRA. Our dietitian roles ask for Accredited Practising Dietitian status through Dietitians Australia, exercise physiologist roles ask for ESSA accreditation, and diabetes educator roles ask for the ADEA credential. Each listing sets out exactly what the role requires.
Depending on the role, you may need a national police check, a Working with Children Check if the role involves children, or an NDIS Worker Screening Check if the role supports NDIS participants. We will tell you which checks apply before you start.
At our East Victoria Park headquarters or across our clinic network, which runs from metropolitan Perth to Kojonup in the Great Southern. Some roles include telehealth. Each listing names its location.
It varies by role. Some of our roles are open to part time or full time applicants, and the hours for each role are set out in its SEEK listing.
