The Resista Yoga Mat is a lightweight, non-slip exercise mat for yoga, Pilates, stretching and floor exercises at home or in classes.
A mat makes floor exercises more comfortable on hard floors. Our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists can set up a program that suits you, in clinic or by telehealth.
Resista describes the mat as easy to clean. Wipe it down after use and let it dry before rolling it up.

How long is the mat?
About 173 to 175cm, so it suits most adults lying down.
Is it thick enough for kneeling?
At 0.6cm it cushions most floor work. Fold it over or add a cushion if your knees are sensitive.
