The Resista Hard Ball is a lacrosse-sized massage ball for self-massage of tight muscles and trigger points, including hard-to-reach areas.
Place the ball between your body and the floor or a wall, then lean in and roll slowly. Ease off if it feels too intense. Avoid bony areas and broken skin. Our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists can set up a program that suits you, in clinic or by telehealth.

Is it the same as a lacrosse ball?
It is lacrosse-ball sized and very hard, so it is used in the same way for self-massage.
