Posture Medic is a dynamic posture brace worn across the shoulders. It cues your body towards an upright position: head up, chest open and shoulders back and down. Plus Strength is the firmer version.

Plus Strength suits regular gym users and athletes, and larger people who need more chest support
Most people start with the Original strength, then move up to Plus
Sizes small to extra large, chosen by height and weight
Designed to be paired with a short Stretch, Strengthen, Stabilise exercise routine

Choosing and fitting

Use the maker's height and weight chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger. The brace should not pinch your armpits, and you should still bend, twist and lift your arms. Wear it for short periods at first. Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists can check the fit and build a program for you.
