The PediRoller is a small ridged roller that you roll under the sole of your foot, as part of foot stretching and exercise routines. It comes with an exercise leaflet.
The maker advises people living with diabetes, or with circulation problems, to get professional advice before use. Do not use it on broken skin. Keep it out of reach of children. Our podiatrists can check your feet and show you how to use it safely.

How do I use it?
Sit down, place the roller under your foot and roll it slowly from heel to toes, using the exercises in the leaflet.
