This is not a product and cannot be ordered. It is the line PDC Health Hub uses to add a one-off, non-recurring amount to a single BlueLoop delivery — a courier surcharge, a replacement item after a device failure, or something a member has asked for by phone. The amount and the reason are set by the staff member adding it and are recorded against the member's account.
