HART Strength Rubber Bands

HART Strength Bands are long, heavy-duty latex loop bands for resistance training, assisted pull-ups and stretching. Each level is a different width, which sets how much resistance it gives.

• 105cm long and 4.5mm thick
• Level 1, yellow: 20mm wide, about 4 to 20kg
• Level 2, green: 32mm wide, about 12 to 35kg
• Level 3, red: 44mm wide, about 20 to 50kg
• Level 4, blue: 65mm wide, about 28 to 65kg

Before you buy

These bands are made from latex, so they are not suitable if you have a latex allergy. Resistance rises the further you stretch the band. Start with a lighter level and check the band for nicks or tears before each use. Our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists can set up a program that suits you, in clinic or by telehealth.

Which level should I start with?
Most people start with yellow or green for stretching and lighter exercises. Red and blue suit heavier strength work and pull-up assistance.

Can I use them for assisted pull-ups?
Yes. HART lists assisted pull-ups as one of the main uses. A wider band gives more assistance.
