The FRIO Pump Wallet is a reusable cooling wallet that holds a tubed insulin pump. It cools by evaporation after a soak in cold water, so it needs no ice packs or fridge.

  • Holds a range of tubed insulin pumps
  • Keeps cool for at least 45 hours from one soak
  • Waterproof liner protects the pump from moisture
  • Belt loop fits belts up to 5 cm wide

Size and colours

Inner size about 12.5 cm by 8.25 cm. Outer size about 16.5 cm by 9.5 cm. Choose blue or black. Check your pump fits the inner size.

Important

Not suitable for Omnipod or other tubeless pumps.

How to use

Soak the wallet in cold water until it swells, then put your pump inside. To recharge it, soak it again. Follow the instruction leaflet in the pack for soak times.

Questions

Why keep a pump cool?
Insulin in a pump can get warm in hot weather. Check your insulin's storage instructions. Our diabetes educators can help you plan pump use in the heat and when travelling.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
