Fisiocrem Solugel

Fisiocrem Solugel is a topical gel for the temporary relief of muscular aches and pains. It combines menthol with plant-derived ingredients.

Label uses

• Temporary relief of muscular aches and pains
• Helps relieve the symptoms of muscle sprains and strains
• Assists post-exercise muscle recovery
• Relief of bruise pain and swelling

Active ingredients per gram

• Arnica montana flower extract 105 mg
• Hypericum perforatum (St John's wort) flower extract 25 mg
• Calendula officinalis flower extract 25 mg
• Menthol 25 mg
• Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil 10 mg

How to use

Apply 2 to 5 g of gel to the skin as required.

Important

For external use only. Do not use on broken skin and avoid contact with the eyes. If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first and stop if irritation develops. Do not bandage tightly or use with heat, as this may irritate or burn the skin. If you are pregnant, talk to your health practitioner first. If pain persists, see a health professional. Can I use it before or after exercise?
The label lists assisting post-exercise muscle recovery. Follow the directions on the pack.

Can I use it with a heat pack?
No. The label warns against using it with heat or under a tight bandage.
