Make it a BlueLoop membership

This price will not change. NDSS prices are set by the scheme and are the same whether you are a member or not. What a membership adds is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator checking each box against your NDSS registration and the devices you use before it is packed, and everything you need arriving together.

Add BlueLoop, $10 a month

This opens the BlueLoop signup, which keeps whatever is already in your cart. The membership is $10 a month, charged separately from what is in your box. Delivery is $15 each time a box is sent, or collect free from Pharmacy 777 Bedford. No lock-in contract, cancel from your portal at any time.

NDSS Code: 195

Contour Next test strips are blood glucose test strips for people living with diabetes who use a Contour Next meter from Ascensia Diabetes Care. Each pack holds 100 strips.

  • No Coding technology, so there is no manual coding step before you test
  • Sip-In sampling draws a small drop of blood into the strip
  • Second-Chance sampling lets you add more blood to the same strip if the first drop was too small
  • Single use: use a new strip for every test

Compatibility and what's included

These strips work with the Contour Next, Contour Next ONE, Contour Next LINK and Contour Next LINK 2.4 meters. The meter is sold separately.

Getting started

Our diabetes educators can show you how to use your meter, check your testing technique and help you plan when to test.

Care and replacement

Store and use the strips as described in the package insert. Check the expiry date before you test.

Funding

This product is subsidised through the NDSS for people registered with the scheme. See the NDSS pricing below.

Questions

Do I need to code my meter?
No. Contour Next strips use No Coding technology.

What if I did not apply enough blood?
Second-Chance sampling lets you apply more blood to the same strip. Your meter guide explains the time allowed.
