CLIF Bloks are chewable energy blocks made for sport and endurance exercise. CLIF describes them as quick energy in a bite-size, easy-to-chew form.
CLIF Bloks are a sports food, not a dedicated hypo treatment. Some people living with diabetes use carbohydrate chews during long exercise. Check the carbohydrate per serve on the pack. Our diabetes educators and exercise physiologists can help you fit them into your exercise and hypo plans.
