The Blackroll Super Band is a long fabric loop band for full-body training, with a focus on core, back and posture exercises. It also suits leg, shoulder and arm work, including rows, push-ups and assisted pull-ups.
Blackroll suggests orange for beginners and green or blue for fitter users. Our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists can set up a program that suits you, in clinic or by telehealth.
Machine wash at 60 degrees without fabric softener. Keep it out of long direct sunlight and away from heat. Not suitable for young children.
