This is bought once rather than sent on a delivery schedule, so there is no repeat delivery to choose. Add it to your cart on its own or with the rest of your order.
The Blackroll DuoBall is a peanut-shaped fascia ball for self-massage. Its two linked balls sit either side of the spine, so it can roll the muscles along your back without pressing on the spine itself.
Blackroll suggests the 8cm for point massage and the 12cm for larger areas. Personal preference matters most. Our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists can set up a program that suits you, in clinic or by telehealth.
Odour free and water resistant, so it is easy to wipe clean.
A private purchase.
Why two balls instead of one?
The gap between them lets you roll along the muscles beside the spine, rather than on it.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Other supplies you can add to the same order.
PDC Health Hub is an NADC accredited Secondary Diabetes Centre in East Victoria Park. The clinicians who supply your consumables can also help you get more out of them, whether that is a pump review, a foot check or working out how food and activity fit around your glucose levels.
