Heilam is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist, holding a Bachelor of Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is dedicated to making exercise feel approachable and achievable, helping clients build confidence, reach their goals, and celebrate their progress along the way.

Heilam has a strong clinical interest in a range of areas including falls prevention, osteoporosis and osteopenia, cardiac rehabilitation, women’s health, paediatrics, oncology, and low back pain. Her approach is client-centred and evidence-based, with a focus on improving functional capacity, quality of life, and long-term health outcomes.
