Rhiannon is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and has completed a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Edith Cowan University, and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science at University of South Australia.
Since graduating in 2020, she has worked across Perth metro and regional Queensland, with clients of all ages across a variety of settings including hospital, private practice, and residential aged care.
Rhiannon also currently works for WA Primary Health Alliance, supporting general practice to assist people with weight related health concerns, and to reduce the impact of weight stigma in the healthcare sector.
Rhiannon has a wide variety of skills across chronic disease management, coeliac disease (she is a fellow coeliac herself!), and malnutrition. Rhiannon also has a keen interest in women’s health (including PCOS and endometriosis), and fuelling for exercise, sport, and competition.
Rhiannon aims to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her clients, taking an approach focused on overall health and wellbeing, rather than weight and the number on the scale.
In her spare time, Rhiannon loves her AFL (both watching and playing!), getting outdoors in the bush or on the water at the beach or river, and of course loves to enjoy good quality food, either at home, or out and about at a local restaurant or café.
